　　重錘式破碎機(jī)，滿足破碎石料一次成型，無需二次破碎整形國產(chǎn)，可以降低成本40%左右，耗能低，投資少。廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、冶鐵、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和化學(xué)工業(yè)等眾多行業(yè)。特別適用于破碎石灰石及抗壓強(qiáng)度低于200mpa中等硬度的石料，如石灰石、黃崗巖、大理石、玄武巖、鐵礦石、河卵石、頁巖、青石、煤炭、鵝卵石、建筑垃圾等。

　　The heavy hammer crusher can meet the requirements of one-time forming of crushed stone withoutsecondary crushing and shaping. It can reduce the cost by about 40% with low energy consumption andless investment. It is widely used in mining, iron smelting, building materials, highway, railway, waterconservancy, chemical industry and many other industries. Itis especially suitable for crushing limestoneａnd medium hardness stone with compressive strength less than 200MPa, such as limestone, granite,marble, basalt, iron ore, river pebble, shale, bluestone, coal, cobble, construction waste, etc.

　　工作原理/working principle

　　重錘式破碎機(jī)的主要工作部件為帶有錘子(又稱錘頭)的轉(zhuǎn)子。轉(zhuǎn)子由主軸、圓盤、銷軸和錘子組成。電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子這破碎腔內(nèi)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)。物料自上部給料口給入機(jī)內(nèi)，受高速運(yùn)動(dòng)的錘子的打擊、沖擊、剪切、研磨作用二粉碎。在轉(zhuǎn)子下部，設(shè)有篩板、粉碎物料小于篩孔尺寸的粒級(jí)通過篩板排出，大于篩孔尺寸的粗粒級(jí)阻留在篩板上繼續(xù)受到錘子的打擊和研磨，最后通過篩板排出機(jī)外。

　　The main working part of heavy hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer (also known as hammerhead). The rotor consists of spindle, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at highspeed. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is smashed by the impact,impact, shearing and grinding of a high-speed hammer. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieveplate. The particle size of the crushed material smaller than the size of the sieve hole is dischargedthrough the sieve plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the size of the sieve hole is retained on thesieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.
