一、SN螺桿泵振動產(chǎn)生原因　

A, SN screw pump vibration causes
1.由于SN螺桿泵制造工藝不過關(guān)：轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡;泵與電機(jī)軸不同心;轉(zhuǎn)子與定子部分發(fā)生碰撞或磨擦;　
2.由于使用時(shí)間較長，SN螺桿泵磨損老化：葉輪松動;軸承損壞或軸承間隙大;
3.SN螺桿泵入口管、葉輪內(nèi)、泵內(nèi)有雜物;SN螺桿泵與基礎(chǔ)固定不緊固，發(fā)生共振加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)像等;　
4.SN螺桿泵工作中推進(jìn)油流時(shí)，伴隨的渦流，氣蝕不可避免的會產(chǎn)生振動;　
由此，我們可以得出結(jié)論：SN螺桿泵產(chǎn)生振動的原因很多，其中一些很多振動的產(chǎn)生幾呼是不可避免的。這就要求我們對于處置SN螺桿泵振動問題除對SN螺桿泵本身制造工藝進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)，降低振動幅度外，通過給SN螺桿泵安裝橡膠隔振器、彈簧隔振器、隋性基座也成為SN螺桿泵振動控制重要方法。

二、SN螺桿泵振動的控制治理：　
A.加裝彈簧隔振器：　
a.SN螺桿泵彈簧隔振器樣式的選擇：　
一般選用自立式彈簧減振器，其優(yōu)點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、造價(jià)較低;彈簧裸露在外，便于隨時(shí)觀察彈簧狀態(tài)，對于需更換的彈簧提前處置，以避免彈簧銹蝕過度損壞時(shí)，造成SN螺桿泵突然沉降造成設(shè)備損害及管路扯斷等現(xiàn)像。
b.彈簧的選擇：　
一般減振器廠家選用彈簧需滿足以下要求：彈簧直徑應(yīng)不少于其在額定負(fù)載下高度的0.8倍;彈簧須具備一定的額外行程，渦街流量計(jì)至少等于額定靜撓度的50%;彈簧的油平剛度至少是堅(jiān)直鋼度的100%，以保證減振器的穩(wěn)定性。　
c.彈簧減振器撓度的選擇;　
通常減振器廠商所提拱的彈簧減振器額定撓度（彈簧額定壓縮量）一般為25MM（自頻率值約3-4HZ），此撓度可應(yīng)于650轉(zhuǎn)每分鐘的SN螺桿泵的隔振。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速低于650時(shí)，建議使用40以下?lián)隙戎畯椈筛粽衿鳌！?br />B。加裝橡膠隔振器：　
橡膠隔振器之選擇：材質(zhì)一般為氯丁膠（C.R），天然膠（N.R）;一般選用壓縮型橡膠減振器，對于重量較輕的SN螺桿泵，可選用剪切型橡膠減振器;
相較彈簧減振器，橡膠減振器隔振性能相對相差些。　
C.加裝隋性基座：　
為滿足更加嚴(yán)格的振動制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，加裝隋性基座時(shí)，配合使用彈簧隔振器，無疑是的選擇。　
隋性基座的規(guī)范：基座重量約為SN螺桿泵重量1-2倍以上;框架由槽鐵鎖固而成，其高度不少于長度的1/12，但不低于150MM，不高于300MM;長寬尺寸應(yīng)能將整個SN螺桿泵涵蓋在內(nèi)，并各邊余10-15公分為宜。并且能將灣頭也涵蓋在內(nèi);內(nèi)澆灌油泥，并內(nèi)置一層鋼筋網(wǎng)于高度之三分之一處;加裝彈簧隔振器將基座與基礎(chǔ)間距至3-5公分。
